We were honored to fly more than 148 million customers last year while achieving the most on-time departures in company history, and the fewest cancellations in more than six years. Our commitment to delivering a best-in-class experience in 2017 was stronger than ever as we continued to invest in our products, both onboard and at the airport, expanded our route network and participated in one of the largest relief efforts in our airline’s history.
