All Nippon Airways (ANA), Japan’s largest and 5-star airline for seven consecutive years is proud to announce a new collaboration with Yashin restaurant to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the London to Tokyo route. Yashin is a modern Japanese restaurant based in South Kensington, specialising in authentic Japanese tapas with an innovative twist and a wide range of premium sake.
From June 1st customers travelling in Business Class from London to Japan will be able to enjoy a signature eel Donburi meal as part of the light bites available in between services. A new main meal Japanese menu created by Yashin’s renowned chefs will be served from September. The biggest challenge when it comes to Japanese food overseas is the limited availability of traditional ingredients. ANA’s signature meal was carefully designed by Yashin’s chefs with local ingredients while maintaining the very essence of Japanese cuisine.
Business Class passengers can now pre-order their preferred meal online up to 24 hours before departure. They can select from Japanese meal or three different choices of Western meal, including a vegetarian option.
