In the annual customer survey conducted by the business magazine Focus Money, the Eurowings app was ranked No. 1 among airline apps – ahead of the mobile applications of industry giants such as Singapore Airlines, Air France and low-cost competitor easyJet. In the comprehensive test, 375 apps from 45 different service sectors, such as shopping, finance and travel, were put to the test; a total of more than 73,000 user comments were evaluated.
The award is the result of continuous further development of the app. Eurowings is thus taking global trends into account: last year, around 200 billion apps were downloaded worldwide by mobile phone users who expect constantly improving, more comprehensive services and a high level of user-friendliness.
