Brussels Airlines has declared 2017 to be the year of digital innovation. As part of the carrier’s plans to invest heavily in the improvement of digital tools this year, the airline launched its mobile app, available for iOS and Android devices, in February. With this app, passengers can book tickets with just a few clicks, check in for their flights and use the mobile boarding pass as well as track flight changes. More updates to the app have been planned, including push notifications to proactively inform passengers of updates. The Brussels Airlines mobile app can be downloaded for free on the App Store and Google Play. Passengers can also look forward to more digital tools to make their travels with Brussels Airlines even smoother.
