We are pleased to inform that after a long break caused by the coronavirus pandemic, the first Lufthansa aircraft appeared yesterday at the airports in Warsaw and Krakow. In the coming days and weeks more Lufthansa Group airlines will appear at Polish airports. In July Lufthansa Group passengers will be able to travel to Frankfurt and Munich from five Polish airports. From Warsaw and Kraków they can choose any of 14 weekly flights to Frankfurt or one of 5 weekly connections to Munich.
Lufthansa Group will also launch 7 weekly flights from Wroclaw and Poznan to Frankfurt and 5 weekly connections between Gdansk and Munich.
Passengers from Krakow can also travel to Dusseldorf via 2 weekly connections offered by Eurowings, airline being a part of the Lufthansa Group.
In total this means 59 weekly connections from Poland available.
When planning their trip, passengers should take the current entry and quarantine regulations of the respective destinations into account. Throughout the entire trip, restrictions may be imposed due to stricter hygiene and safety regulations, for example, due to longer waiting times at airport security checkpoints.
From 8 June onwards, guests on all Lufthansa and Eurowings flights are obliged to wear a mouth and nose cover on board throughout the entire journey. This serves the safety of all passengers on board. Lufthansa also recommends that passengers wear a mouth-nose cover during the entire journey, i.e. also before or after the flight at the airport, whenever the required minimum distance cannot be guaranteed.
