New entry regulations Switzerland

Important information for flight guests travelling to or transiting in Switzerland:

From 8 February 2021 onwards, all travellers must fill in the electronic passenger locator form (ePLF) and submit proof of a negative PCR test result when travelling to Switzerland.

At the time of departure, the test result may not be older than 72 hours. It must be presented to a member of ground staff at the check-in counter or the gate in the departure country. The test requirement extends to all travellers, including transit passengers who travel via Switzerland to their final destination, irrespective of where their journey originates.

Please note that only a confirmation will be issued when checking in online. The actual boarding pass will be issued at the check-in counter. SWISS recommends that flight guests allow for additional time and inform themselves in advance of the type of mask that has to be worn on board their flight.
