2017 is the year of digitalization. Consequently, Lufthansa started it off in January with its Digital Aviation Forum at Frankfurt airport. With CEO Carsten Spohr and renowned experts like Jeff Jarvis, trends and innovations were discussed and presented. From virtual and augmented reality to digital services, state-of-the-art technologies show how flying will be even more enjoyable and safe in the future. The result: An inspiring conference that proved how digitalization affects and most of all improves aviation regarding products and services. Continuously striving to enhance the customer experience, Lufthansa believes that digitalization is the best and most forward way to do so.
