New culinary highlights from the canton of Obwalden await you

For SWISS Business travellers, Andreas Appenzeller has created a starter of smoked Balik salmon tartare with sour cream, while his main courses include a beef tenderloin with thyme sauce, Obwalden semolina slice and summer vegetables. His Business Class offering is rounded off with a yoghurt and honey mousse with strawberry sponge and Bircher muesli popcorn. SWISS First customers can enjoy a starter of lobster ragout with sea buckthorn coulis, pepper mousse and chutney, a main course of pike-perch fillets with chive oil, creamy risotto and red wine-glazed pearl onions and a dessert of white chocolate and raspberry mousse with crumble and raspberry sorbet.The First and Business Class menus also offer speciality cheeses from Canton Obwalden, such as Bergmannli, Seiler Sarnerli and Kloster Bergkäse in Business Class and Seiler Grotto, Schacher Säppli Chäs and Sälmi goat’s cheese in First.
