Millions of consumers use service apps for their individual needs. A recent German survey from Focus Money magazine, Deutschland Test and Statista compared 40 apps from different companies. The result: A solid first place for Lufthansa. On a scale from 1 (very poor) to 4 (excellent), our app reached 3.17, with special praise for user friendliness and functionality. Proof that investing in digital services pays off. With the app, Lufthansa makes travelling easier and more comfortable and will continue to do so by expanding its smartphone services according to customer needs.
